Hi Olde Severna Park neighbors,

I put this demo together to show what a new Olde Severna Park website could look like: built around your community, easy for the board to keep up, and owned by your HOA. It lives in files and accounts the HOA owns, so it will outlast any one website company.

It's built around the beach, since that's the heart of OSPIA. Members can request or renew a slip, mooring or kayak rack, see what's open and join the waitlist, and rent the pavilion your members built in 2000, all without an email chain.

The calendar has the oyster roast and the spring beach clean-up, and the photo up top is your own piers. The Public / Signed in switch at the top shows the members-only side: a directory and map of the neighborhood with a made-up household at every address.

It's a sketch, not a copy.It doesn't reflect everything your current site has, and it may show things you don't have yet. It's here to spark ideas.
No real resident data.Every name, household, phone number and email is a made-up placeholder.
Temporary and unlisted.Search engines are told not to list it, and it comes down on November 10, 2026.
Your public information.Events, history, documents and photos come from your current public website.
